By accessing or using Docly ("the Service"), operated by RuntimeHub ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Docly is a browser-native document conversion and editing tool. All document processing occurs locally within your web browser. We do not receive, store, or process any files you convert or edit using the Service.
You may use Docly for personal, educational, and commercial purposes subject to these terms. You agree not to:
The Docly name, branding, interface design, and source code are the intellectual property of RuntimeHub. You retain all rights to any documents you process using the Service. We make no claim to ownership of files you convert or edit.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversions will be perfectly accurate in all cases. Format conversion fidelity depends on the complexity of the source document and the capabilities of browser-native processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RuntimeHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
Because all processing runs locally in your browser and we never receive your files, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from browser failures, device issues, or user error during conversion or editing.
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these providers.
The Service displays third-party advertisements to support its free availability. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies. No data from your documents or file conversions is shared with advertisers.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
